H1 100% Synthetic Grease with PTFE

WS 2005 G/85 is a synthetic-based fluid grease for high loads and long-term lubrication under harsh environmental conditions. Formulated with synthetic and highly refined hydrocarbon bases reinforced with additives to improve its properties. An inorganic thickener with high temperature resistance is used. Contains PTFE. Suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Characteristics

High resistance to cold or hot water, salt water and water vapor
Protects from corrosion
Lubricates from -20 to +160º C and tips of 200ºC
High resistance to aging and shearing
High load-bearing capacity and extreme pressure

Applications

Lubrication of open or closed points under harsh working conditions: exposure to ambient humidity, vibration, vapors, dirt, high loads and pressures
Bearings and plain bearings operating at medium and low speeds in difficult environmental conditions up to a speed factor of approximately 300,000 (Speed factor: Average bearing diameter in mm X speed in rpm)
Bottling plants, food packaging (sealing machines in the canning industry, fruit and vegetable warehouses), granulators (manual lubrication), textile finishing, treatment plants, equipment in ports, vessels, etc.
