Ceramic Antiseize Paste

WS 2950 G/85 is a special anti-seize paste for high-temperature lubrication of screw connections and sliding parts. The high content of solid lubricants, mainly ceramic or similar powders, makes it possible to separate screws after long periods of time at very high temperatures.

Characteristics

Good sealing properties.
Water and corrosion resistant.
Good separation properties after long periods at high temperatures.
Prevents seizure and rust.
Good sealant against corrosive gases and liquids.
Good heat transfer.

Advantages

Prevents galvanic corrosion.
Free of sulfur, lead and nickel. Good for replacing anti-seize pastes containing nickel.

Applications

For hot connected screws, for example: turbines, exhausts, gears, fans, chains, sliding surfaces and shafts.
In industries such as petrochemicals, power plants, etc.
Ideal for stainless steel screws.
For lubrication of sliding bearings at high temperatures and low speed. The base fluid evaporates at high temperatures and leaves behind a very good solid lubricating film.
In assembly and disassembly to prevent seizure at high pressures and slow speeds.
