High Precision Cutting Oil

WS 1422 S is a semi-synthetic, direct-use specialty lubricant for high-demand metalworking applications. Formulated with synthetic and natural bases. High content of extreme pressure and anticorrosive additives. It presents a high polarity to metallic surfaces.

Chlorine-free, suitable for all types of metals, except yellow metals (copper, bronze, brass).

Characteristics

Solves problems with scratches, seizures and chipping.
Excellent anti-corrosive power on treated parts.
Compatible with welding processes without prior degreasing.
Excellent degreasing with alkaline aqueous systems if necessary.
Formula with light, controlled foam so that it does not sag vertically.
Provides an excellent finish on treated surfaces.
