High Temperature Synthetic Grease

WS 2050 G/88 is a grease formulated with synthetic bases, lithium complex soap, and special additives to improve its anti-oxidation, corrosion, and wear properties. It contains exclusive solid additives based on PTFE and ceramic.

Characteristics

It withstands temperatures from – 45ºC to 180ºC and peaks of 200ºC.
Good load-bearing capacity.
High resistance to aging.
High water resistance.
High resistance to oxidation.
High protection against corrosion of metal parts.
High mechanical stability even under high-stress operating conditions and in the presence of aggressive humidity and water vapor environments.

Applications

Bearings subjected to high mechanical stress, high temperatures and the presence of water (for example: dryer bearings in the paper or textile industry, conveyor bearings in the steel industry, etc.).
Suitable for bearings at medium-high speeds (speed factor up to 500,000).
Bearings for fans, ovens, and dryers in the textile, wood, and plastics industries.
