H1 Low Temperature Grease

WS 2030 S is a 100% synthetic ester-based grease with a special calcium thickener and antioxidant, anti-wear and anti-corrosion additives. Ideal for applications where a low temperature and/or high speed resistant grease is required.

Characteristics

Working temperature from -60ºC to +100ºC
Excellent water resistance present in the main applications: metallurgical industry (emulsions) and frozen foods
Protects from corrosion
Good anti-wear capacity

Advantages

Minimal internal friction thanks to the low viscosity of the base oil, which allows working at very high speeds

Applications

Grease especially indicated for the lubrication of bearings, bearings, guides, chains, cables working at high temperatures:

Low temperatures, down to -60ºC
Very high speeds, up to a speed factor of approximately 1,200,000. (Speed factor = Average bearing diameter in mm X speed in rpm)
Spindle bearings on CNC lathes in the metalworking industry
Bearings and mechanisms in freezing tunnels in the production of ice cream and frozen foods, etc.
