H1 Ceramic Antiseize Paste

WS 2999 G/85 is a long-lasting white anti-seize paste with excellent performance in difficult environmental conditions. Formulated with synthetic hydrocarbon bases, additives to improve its properties and an inorganic thickener with high temperature resistance. Contains PTFE + ceramic additives, withstanding temperatures up to 1400ºC. Suitable for use in the food and pharmaceutical industry.

Characteristics

Working temperature from -25 to +250º C. In dry lubrication mode it withstands temperatures of +1400º C
Excellent adhesion and resistance to cold or hot water, salt water and water vapor
Protects from corrosion
Very high resistance to aging and shearing
High load-bearing capacity and extreme pressure

Applications

Anti-seize for screws, fixed and threaded joints, axles, etc.
Assembly paste for interference and clearance fit of parts
Screw paste to improve tightening torque and aid disassembly after long periods of use
Long-life lubrication in harsh working conditions: high temperatures, humidity, guides, hinges, rollers, chains, granulators, bearings in ovens, dryers, sterilizers, food packaging plants, fruit and vegetable warehouses, etc.
