H1 Multifunctional Grease

WS 2001 G is a long-life semi-synthetic general lubrication grease under high loads and difficult ambient conditions. Formulated with additives and solid lubricants to improve performance and a complex soap thickener with high temperature resistance. Suitable for use in the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

Characteristics

High resistance to water and water vapor
Protects from corrosion
Lubricates from -20 to +130ºC and tips up to 150ºC
High resistance to aging and shearing
High load-bearing capacity and extreme pressure

Applications

Grease specifically designed for lubricating open or closed points under harsh working conditions: exposure to ambient humidity, vibration, vapors, dirt, high loads, and pressures. Its properties allow for extended lubrication periods.
Rolling and plain bearings operating at medium speeds under difficult ambient conditions up to a speed factor of approximately 500,000 (Speed factor: Average bearing diameter in mm X speed in rpm)
Particularly suitable for application in bottling plants, food packaging plants
(canneries and fruit and vegetable warehouses), granulators, purification plants, etc.
