H1 Silicone Oil

WS 1343 G/13 is a 100% synthetic silicone oil certified in category H1 for the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries, with a broad spectrum of industrial applications. It has high resistance to temperature, water and oxidation. It leaves a soft and creamy film, very adherent and with excellent lubricating properties.

Characteristics

Transparent, stable, inert, non-hardening film
Excellent separation, release and sliding properties
It can be used as a general-purpose insulator and non-stick coating.
Very shiny appearance
Once dry it can withstand temperatures from –20ºC to +250ºC

Advantages

Low surface tension provides better coverage and penetration
Excellent resistance to acidic or alkaline environments
Resistant to ethanol, oils and triethanolamine
Strong adhesion to metals

Applications

Plugs, gaskets, glass and ceramic stop valves, fittings. Rubber contacts.
Bearings and bearings for textile machinery.
Steam installations, paper mills, dyeing and textile finishing.
Release agent for plastic, rubber, plywood, ceramics, etc.
